Wormwood
Wormwood is a herbaceous species of Artemisia native to temperate regions of Eurasia and Northern Africa, it is used as an ingredient in the spirit absinthe. Most people who had been drinking absinthe have described it as a kind of “sober” drunkenness, similar to “conscious intoxication”. With the wormwood, I would like to discuss the question of "truth”. What is the truth? Does the truth exist? Can we trust our eyes? Or, maybe we can only reach the truth in a state of drunkenness.
苦艾草
苦艾草，原生于欧洲、亚洲及北非等温带地区，菊科蒿属草本香料植物，常被用于酿造苦艾酒。大多数喝过苦艾酒的人都形容这是一种“清醒”的陶醉，类似于“神智清醒的酩酊”。借由苦艾草，我想探讨的是关于“真实”的问题。什么是真实？真实是否存在？肉眼所见是否真实？或者，在酩酊的真空状态下，才可以抵达真实。
